MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

The Lower Valley Chapter of SHRM better known as LVC-SHRM is a leader in providing educational and developing opportunities for our local Human Resources and Business Professionals.

Today's Human Resources Professionals have increased purchasing power, and that means a boost in potential sales of your products and services.  LVC-SHRM offers your organization a variety of unique marketing and sponsorship opportunities for reaching those Human Resource and related industry professionals through the LVC-SHRM member database and event attendance.  These sponsorship levels are designed to outline the many ways in which you ca partner with LVC-SHRM to promote your company and its services.

TYPES OF MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Lunch and Learn - Monthly Meeting Sponsorship
  • Sponsorship at our Annual Conference
  • Marketing on LVC-SHRM Feature Sponsors Page
  • Job Postings available FREE for members

LUNCH & LEARN MEETINGS

There are two sponsorship levels:

  • Business Sponsor
  • Non-Profit/Local Business Sponsor


    BUSINESS SPONSOR -     $200

    • 15 - minutes to address the audience to promote your company, products and services.
    • 2 - emails showcasing your organization or event  to all our contact list. 
    • A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
    • Company logo recognition posted on the Sponsor Page for the year.
    • Company/Logo recognition on event marketing and verbal recognition at the Lunch & Learn meeting.
    • Single ad recognition as meeting sponsor email to all our contact list. 
    • Reserved table for two (2) company representatives
    • Right to place and collect business cards of attendees approaching the table at the meeting.


          ANNUAL CONFERENCE

          There are four sponsorship levels:

          • Texas Friends
          • Texas Partner
          • Texas Silver
          • Texas Gold
          • Texas Diamond


          TEXAS FRIENDS $100-$499

              • Company logo recognition posted on the Sponsor Page All Year.
              • Able to provide raffle items.
          TEXAS PARTNER - $500 
          • A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
          • Logo recognition on the Sponsor page all year.
          • Reserve table seating for two (2) company representatives.
          • Right to place and collect business cards of attendees who approach your table.  Optional: bring raffle item to encourage interaction with attendees.
          • Logo placement on attendees "Sponsor Punch Card".
          TEXAS SILVER - $1,000 
          • A skirted table to display your products and services at the event. 
          • Logo recognition on Sponsor page all year.
          • Logo/company recognition on event marketing and verbal recognition at the event.
          • Single ad recognition as meeting sponsor email to our contact list.
          • Reserved table seating for three (3) company representatives.
          • Right to place and collect business cards of attendees approaching your table. Optional: bring raffle item to encourage interaction with attendees.
          • Logo placement on attendees "Sponsor Punch Card". 
          TEXAS GOLD - $1,500 
          • A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
          • Logo recognition posted on the LVC-SHRM Home Page for one (1) year with link to your web page.
          • Logo recognition on Sponsor page all year.
          • Logo/company recognition on event marketing and verbal recognition at the event.
          • Single email ad recognition as meeting sponsor to all LVC-SHRM contact list - after the event.
          • Conference attendee list printout.
          • Reserved table seating for four (4) company representatives.
          • Unlimited job postings for the current year on LVC-SHRM Careers page with links. 
          • Right to place and place and collect business cards of attendees approaching your table. Optional: bring raffle item to encourage interaction with attendees.

          TEXAS DIAMOND - $2,000 
              • 5  - minutes to address the audience to promote your company, products and services (Speaker option subject to approval).
              • A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
              • Logo recognition posted on the LVC-SHRM Home Page for one (1) year with link to your web page.
              • Logo recognition on Sponsor page all year.
              • Logo/company recognition on event marketing and verbal recognition at the event.
              • Single email ad recognition as meeting sponsor to all LVC-SHRM contact list - after the event.
              • Conference attendee list printout.
              • Reserved table seating for six (6) company representatives.
              • Unlimited job postings for the current year on LVC-SHRM Careers page with links. 
              • Right to place and place and collect business cards of attendees approaching your table. Optional: bring raffle item to encourage interaction with attendees.
              • Logo placement on attendees "Sponsor Punch Card".
              • Logo placement on LVC-SHRM website for one year - year following the event.





            LVC-SHRM Disclosure:


            Table sharing is not allowed.  The Lower Valley Chapter of SHRM better known as (LVC-SHRM) reserves the right to determine which organizations are of interest to our membership.  Sponsorships are intended to spotlight one-time events rather than regular occurring seminars, meetings, etc.  LVC-SHRM reserves the right to refuse advertising.
