In past sessions you’ve explored emotional intelligence, the value of HR partnerships with other operational departments and how great leaders create great cultures. This session will delve into a concept that is the foundation of all that you have learned before and of much of our communication with our employees and each other. This session is about Trust. In this session, you will learn:

  • What is trust?
  • Why it matters.
  • How we can be trustworthy.
